George Lockhart is a former Marine who is now considered one of the world’s foremost experts on weight cutting, performance nutrition, and weight management.

In addition to working with the biggest names in combat sports, George, along with his partner Dan Leith, have become the most respected teachers in the space with their Weight Cutting Specialist Course. They have worked with top-level fighters like Conor McGregor, George St. Pierre, Daniel Cormier, Gennady “GGG” Golovkin, and many more, as well as other celebrities.
