Chase Cichos is a strength and conditioning coach to some of the top MMA and BJJ athletes in the world. He works out of EBS Performance in Costa Mesa, CA.
Chase was a 2021 nominee for MMA Strength & Conditioning Coach of the year. Chase is also a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Leo Vieira.
